Catalysts of Change: Women Innovators Empowering Tomorrow brings together dynamic female leaders who are driving technological advancements, breaking barriers, and shaping the future of IT and cybersecurity.

This engaging panel at ElevateIT: Dallas Technology Summit 2025 will explore the challenges and opportunities women face in the industry, from navigating career growth to fostering inclusive workplaces. Panelists will share their experiences, leadership insights, and strategies for inspiring the next generation of women in technology. Attendees will leave with actionable takeaways on mentorship, advocacy, and the power of diverse perspectives in driving innovation.

Mia Khedairy

Vice President, WiCyS Dallas Affiliate

Mia is a mid-level cybersecurity professional with a demonstrated track record of maturing information security programs. Throughout her career, she performed various roles such as IT audit, IT risk management, cybersecurity consulting, and now cybersecurity program management. She is an alum of large companies such as PwC and Amazon with an industry background in financial services and FinTech solutions. She currently works at Toyota Connected North America as the Cybersecurity Program Manager, where she oversees and steers the strategy of the team’s security pillars. She also leads other programs such as risk management, compliance, and security awareness and training. Outside of her role, Mia volunteers her time to the local cybersecurity community. She is an Advisory Committee Member for Collin College's Cybersecurity Workforce Program. She also mentors various junior professionals and current students, both formally through organizations and informally via network referrals. Mia is also on the leadership team of the WiCyS (Women in CyberSecurity) Dallas Fort Worth affiliate, a local professional chapter of the WiCyS national 501(c)(3) organization. Its mission is to recruit, retain and advance women in cybersecurity to build a robust cybersecurity workforce, a mission that Mia strongly believes in.

Adrienne Healy

Global VP Solutions Engineering, JLL

Adrienne Healy is a proactive and performance-driven professional with a diverse background in leadership and problem-solving. With over 15 years of experience in sales, program management, business intelligence, and sales engineering, she brings a keen understanding of business priorities and a genuine team-player mindset to any role. Currently, Adrienne serves as the Managing Director of Global Pre-Sales Engineering at JLL, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she works closely with regional sales engineer managers and their teams to ensure product functionality, value propositions, target markets, and sales cycles are supported. She also drives global scale and standardization for product demonstrations and pre-sales support, collaborates with sales leadership on incentive programs, and improves speed-to-respond with out-of-the-box demo datasets and technical capability libraries. Prior to this, Adrienne held leadership positions at JLL, including Senior Director of Specialty Sales for Corrigo and Azara, where she was responsible for sales, solutions engineering, and the launch of new product offerings. She was also the Senior Manager of Performance & Optimization, revitalizing JLL's Mobile Engineering Services Business Intelligence and driving revenue expansion through product development and strategy. Before joining JLL, Adrienne served in various roles at companies such as Corrigo, Associa Inc., Cologix Datacenters, Telx Datacenters, CyrusOne Datacenters, and Autos Connecticut Magazine. Her responsibilities encompassed sales, solutions engineering, project management, and strategic planning. Adrienne is known for her ability to see the big picture while staying focused on the details. She excels at cross-functional communication and building relationships with high-profile clients, employees, and leadership. Her expertise in sales and technology, combined with her leadership skills, make her a valuable asset to any organization. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's degree and has received numerous accolades throughout her career for her contributions to the industry. She is a dynamic and engaging speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to panel discussions.

Stephanie Snyder

Sr. Technical Program Manager for Security, Amazon Web Service

Stephanie Snyder is a Senior Technical Program Manager for Security at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she helps teams strengthen their security posture and build more resilient systems. With over 20 years of experience spanning security, streaming media, and data center infrastructure, Stephanie has established herself as a trusted leader in technology transformation. Prior to AWS, she directed strategic IT initiatives and built high-performing teams across enterprise security, software development, and broadcasting, in both startup and Fortune 500 environments. Her passion lies in fostering security-conscious cultures and mentoring the next generation of tech leaders.
