Shea currently serves as the IT Cybersecurity Workforce Development Manager for the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation. In this role Shea oversees the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Collaboratives which are working towards enhancing both Ecosystems in Arizona so that whether your company is small medium or large they will have the resources and guidance to successfully manage and run their businesses. Shea also works closely with the ElevateEdAZ Team through the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation a secondary education workforce initiative focused on preparing Arizona students for college and career by managing their Business Advisory Councils for Business Marketing and IT Cybersecurity. Shea also supports and helps with the Arizona Technology Council s ALRISE Initiative. Prior to this role Shea worked for the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity Arizona Department of Economic Security and the Arizona Department of Education in a variety of roles pertaining to Career and Technical Education working with the Business Marketing Media and IT Programs and as a Workforce Development Project Coordinator. Shea has over 20 years of experience in compliance and auditing of state and federal programs workforce development and business operations. Shea completed a 24 Week Cybersecurity Bootcamp through Arizona State University and holds an MA Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS degree in Management from Arizona State University. Shea currently resides with her daughter in Mesa AZ and is a native Arizonian. In her spare time she enjoys creating memories with her daughter and family reading and learning about new trends technologies and resources.
