Implemented and documented the system and rolled it out to 6 pharmacies and 125 nursing homes. Created a two-year roadmap to modernize a 20-year-old healthcare technology prioritized based on cybersecurity patient safety and end user experience. Reduced security risk created redundancy for all critical pathways improved response time and performance of applications and provided dashboards for insight into usage.I hold PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner and ITIL Foundations certifications.
