Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a powerful tool being adopted for a wide range of use cases. People empowerment, process efficiency, data analytics, cybersecurity, and even cybercrime are all examples of where AI is increasingly being adopted. In this session, we’ll discuss the various applications of AI along with any cautionary tales.

Bobby Acker

North American Pre-Sales Leader - SentinelOne

Bobby joins McAfee as the North America Pre-Sales leader responsible for driving its device to cloud strategy. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about customer success, while driving profitable growth. He’s often being quoted as saying, “If our customers can’t trust us, they will trust someone else!” Prior to joining McAfee, he spent 12 years at Cisco beginning in 2007 as a Systems Engineer and most recently served as the enterprise south security pre-sales leader responsible for $186M in sales revenue. During his leadership tenure, this represented a growth of 224% in 4 years. Additionally, he has led the creation of several key worldwide initiatives and enablement activities working alongside customers and partners to produce favorable business outcomes. He brings a proven track record of success and deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, competition, and leadership development. Prior to joining Cisco he was a security sales engineer at Lancope and held management and engineering positions at Perot Systems and MCI. Bobby has several certifications – CISSP, AWS, VCP as well as being a double CCIE #19310. He has a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas – Dallas. Bobby lives in Frisco with his wife Lori and their 11 year old daughter, Avery. In his spare time, Bobby is an avid triathlete (competing in the 2011 Ironman) and can be found grilling or doing just about anything outdoors with his family on weekends.
