Eric Case currently serves as the Senior Manager of Information Security Engineering for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Mr. Case has been certified in computer security for over twenty years and was the tenth Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in Tucson. A big believer in education, Mr. Case has taught for The University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and serves on the industrial advisory committee for Pima Community College’s Information Technology Program. Beyond computers and security, Eric is a Master Scuba Diver with certifications in rescue and cavern diving.

Lock’s career is distinguished by senior leadership roles at some of the largest, and most prestigious companies in the world, including Technical Director of Medical Simulation at Mayo Clinic, Director of Medical Imaging at Stanford Children’s Health, and Global Director of Automation and Security Analytics at McKesson. His unique perspective, shaped by his experience as both a client and Sales Architect, equips him to understand and address the challenges on both sides of the product and service equation. Beyond his professional achievements, Lock is passionate about mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and volunteering in his community. This was all accomplished by developing a unified working relationship between the business and computing environments and where my many years of overall strategic and tactical experience were utilized.

Jill D. Rhodes

Jill D. Rhodes is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Option Care Health, Inc. Her responsibilities include the integration of information security governance, education, process development, and technology into all facets of this multibillion-dollar healthcare company. Prior to moving to the private sector, Ms. Rhodes spent twenty years working in and with the national security community of the Federal Government. Before joining the national security community, Ms. Rhodes was a Foreign Service Officer, stationed in Bolivia and Russia. She also worked extensively throughout Eastern and Southern Africa. Ms. Rhodes was honored with the 2019 Chicago-area CISO of the Year award. She has written, published, and speaks nationally. Ms. Rhodes was the co- editor of the first, second, and third editions of the ABA Cybersecurity Handbook: A Resource for Attorneys, Law Firms, and Business Professionals and edited the book National Security Law, Fifty Years of Transformation: An Anthology (2012). Community service is very important to Ms. Rhodes. She is a board member and on the Executive Committee of Adelante Healthcare in Phoenix. Previously, she led the security committee of Temple B’nai Jehoshua Beth Eloihim (BJBE) in Deerfield, IL. In this capacity, Ms. Rhodes helped build the security program across BJBE and led several active shooter training programs for the clergy and educators. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the University of Cincinnati College of Law (JD), and the George Washington University College of Law (LL.M.).

Mike Manrod

Chief Information Security Officer - Grand Canyon Education, Inc

Mike presently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for Grand Canyon Education, responsible for leading the security team and formulating the vision and strategy for protecting students, staff and information assets across the enterprise. Previous experiences include serving as a threat prevention expert for Check Point and working as a consultant and analyst for other organizations. He is also a co-author/contributor for the joint book project, Understanding New Security Threats published by Routledge in 2019, along with multiple articles/whitepapers. When not working, he spends time playing video games with his kids, practicing martial arts and doing anything outdoors.
