As a global cybersecurity leader, she has shaped risk strategies across 11 countries, helping organizations stay resilient and compliant while minimizing risk attack surfaces. As a recognized leader in the industry, Ashley serves as a 2025 Board Member of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Phoenix Affiliate. She is Founder of the Women’s Cybersecurity Collective (WCC), an initiative dedicated to mentoring cybersecurity professionals and uplifting marginalized communities. Ashley is committed to driving strategic risk transformation by empowering her teams through servant leadership. Dr. Andrés Díaz López is a Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University with professional experience in project management, quality assurance, marketing, consultancy, and international sales & negotiations. As an academic, he has focused his research on cybersecurity, location analytics, data visualization, smart cities, pedagogy, and innovation. He is an active member of the Association for Information Systems and a regular presenter, reviewer, and track chair at different conferences. He has taught at universities in Colombia, Chile, China, and the United States.

Janine Hill

Sr. Director, Information Technology - Gen

Janine Hill is a technology and operations leader with over 25 years of experience spanning financial services, software, retail, and healthcare. As Sr. Director of IT at Gen, she has led transformative initiatives, including the deployment and optimization and their managed file transfer and middleware platforms. A champion of diversity, Janine founded Gen’s Women in IT resource group. Prior to joining Gen, Janine led the payment processing implementation team at J.P Morgan Chase. Her team implemented payment solutions for thousands of merchants including some of the world’s largest companies. Janine also co-led the organization’s Arizona mentoring program. Janine has held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, TSYS Acquiring Solutions, and Safeway. Based in Phoenix, AZ, Janine enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, three sons, and three Yorkshire Terriers.
