She is lauded as a “game-changer who is ten steps ahead in developing and enforcing cybersecurity and privacy best practices and policies.” Her expertise lies in managing data privacy and protection risks associated with AI and developing and enforcing cybersecurity and privacy best practices and policies. Additionally, she hosts the Soulful CXO podcast. Which focuses on the intersection of technology, business, and humanity, exploring how these three areas impact each other.

Jill D. Rhodes

SVP & Chief Information Security Officer - Option Care Health, Inc

Jill D. Rhodes is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Option Care Health, Inc. Her responsibilities include the integration of information security governance, education, process development, and technology into all facets of this multibillion-dollar healthcare company. Prior to moving to the private sector, Ms. Rhodes spent twenty years working in and with the national security community of the Federal Government. Before joining the national security community, Ms. Rhodes was a Foreign Service Officer, stationed in Bolivia and Russia. She also worked extensively throughout Eastern and Southern Africa. Ms. Rhodes was honored with the 2019 Chicago-area CISO of the Year award. She has written, published, and speaks nationally. Ms. Rhodes was the co- editor of the first, second, and third editions of the ABA Cybersecurity Handbook: A Resource for Attorneys, Law Firms, and Business Professionals and edited the book National Security Law, Fifty Years of Transformation: An Anthology (2012). Community service is very important to Ms. Rhodes. She is a board member and on the Executive Committee of Adelante Healthcare in Phoenix. Previously, she led the security committee of Temple B’nai Jehoshua Beth Eloihim (BJBE) in Deerfield, IL. In this capacity, Ms. Rhodes helped build the security program across BJBE and led several active shooter training programs for the clergy and educators. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the University of Cincinnati College of Law (JD), and the George Washington University College of Law (LL.M.).

He also served as SVP CIO for DigitalGlobe an Earth Imagery company serving global commercial and governments along with SVP CIO for Solectron a 13b electronic manufacturer and VP CIO for Maxtor corporation a storage products manufacturer. Mr. Hicar was also a SAP Supply Chain process specialist with Price Waterhouse consulting. Mr. Hicar received his bachelor s degree cum laude in business administration from Ohio University.
