Ritchie began his career in 1996 with Microsoft where he spent 11 years as both an Engineer and a Technical Account Manager in Microsoft’s Premier Services organization. From there, Ritchie went Dell Technologies where he spent 10 years as a Masters Solutions Consultant.
Today, Ritchie is a Technical Expert in Hitachi Vantara’s Global Platforms & Solutions Group covering the US, Canada & Mexico. Ritchie’s primary focus is helping customers secure their mission critical workloads. Ritchie was born and raised in North Carolina where he still resides with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid runner and enjoys his downtime traveling the Caribbean and fly fishing.
