This engaging panel at ElevateIT: Tampa Technology Summit 2025 will explore the challenges and opportunities women face in the industry, from navigating career growth to fostering inclusive workplaces. Panelists will share their experiences, leadership insights, and strategies for inspiring the next generation of women in technology. A seasoned Operations Executive with over 30 years of experience leading operations across private equity-backed and publicly traded workforce solutions, cybersecurity, CPG and technology-enabled services companies. Specialized in managing complex global operations, spearheading organizational transformations, and delivering sustained, scalable, and profitable business growth. With a proven track record of leading large, global teams and successful turnarounds for billion-dollar companies, Cathy has a deep understanding of how to align strategy and execution to achieve measurable results. At present, Cathy serves as the Executive Vice President of Operational Transformation of VikingCloud, a global leader in technology, cybersecurity, and payment compliance. In her role, she oversees operations, strategy, and business transformation initiatives across multiple regions (APAC, Europe, North America). Prior to Viking Cloud, Cathy spent 20 years working as an Operations Executive with many of the top private equity companies globally, including KKR, The Carlyle Group, EQT Group, True Wind Capital, and FTV Capital). As a Corporate Operations Executive, she led large-scale organizational transformations, corporate restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Her leadership helped orchestrate major operations transformations for Innova, Magnit, and Masonite. In addition to operational leadership, Cathy is also known for her expertise in organizational design, global communications and talent management. From her work at Magnit and Masonite (part of Owens Corning, NYSE: OC), she has continuously optimized talent processes, led cross-functional initiatives, and delivered complex solutions generating significant business growth and operational efficiency. Cathy is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from Emory.

Ginger Ausloos, PMP

Ginger Ausloos is a dynamic and strategic technology leader, serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at AACSB International. With a strong focus on digital transformation, AI adoption, and data strategy, she drives innovation to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency within the global accreditation and business education landscape. With extensive experience in IT leadership, digital strategy, and process optimization, Ginger has led key initiatives, including the development of a comprehensive digital strategy for AACSB, AI-driven automation projects, and the enhancement of IT infrastructure and support services. She is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and foster an agile organizational culture. Ginger is furthering her expertise by pursuing a Global Doctoral in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Science and AI at the Rennes School of Business. Her research focuses on the evolving role of AI in leadership development, exploring how AI-driven insights impact executive decision-making, leadership adaptability, and the perception of leadership figures. She previously earned a Master's in Administration and Leadership from Boston College and a Bachelor's in Network Operations from the University of West Florida.

Tanya Kayani

Tanya Kayani is a seasoned technology and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in process optimization, AI-driven transformation, and data analytics. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she has led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across healthcare, technology, and managed care industries. Most recently serving as Staff Vice President of Data & Regulatory Escalations at Elevance Health, Tanya spearheaded AI-powered automation strategies, data governance policies, and predictive analytics frameworks, driving efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. Throughout her career, she has been at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize decision-making, enhance operational workflows, and foster innovation in highly regulated industries. A champion for women in technology and leadership, Tanya is passionate about mentorship, advocacy, and fostering inclusive workplaces. Her expertise in cybersecurity governance, business intelligence, and digital transformation has empowered organizations to navigate the evolving technological landscape. She holds a Master of Science in Business Continuity, Security & Risk Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Katia Saintfort-Russ

IT Project Executive, Kyndryl

Katia Saintfort-Russ is an IT Project Executive at Kyndryl, where she leads technology initiatives and ensures seamless project execution. With expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, she is dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence. A doctoral candidate at Purdue University, her research explores how AI can enhance leadership, promote equity, and bridge technology gaps in K-12 learning environments. She also holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. Katia is a recognized champion for diversity and inclusion in technology. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Women of Color in Leadership program and serves as Vice President of Professional Development for Graduate Women in Business at Purdue University. In this role, she mentors and empowers women in technology and business through leadership development, professional growth, and community-building initiatives. Beyond her corporate and academic pursuits, Katia founded Baking is Therapy Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underrepresented girls through mentorship, leadership development, and STEM education. Inspired by her journey, the organization creates a safe space for girls to build confidence, express creativity, and develop essential skills, with the culinary arts as a gateway to empowerment and resilience. With a strong commitment to education and workforce development, Katia is also an AI/ML instructor at Cornell University’s Break Through Tech program, where she mentors women in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. As a thought leader in digital transformation, Katia frequently speaks on innovative leadership, strategic technology adoption, and breaking barriers for women in STEM. In addition to her professional achievements, Katia is committed to community service. She volunteers with organizations such as United Way Suncoast and YMCA, working on initiatives supporting education and community development. Her career is a testament to her commitment to breaking barriers, empowering diverse voices in tech, and shaping the future of AI, education, and leadership.
